Purpose of YLZ series of aviation fuel filter paper and common filter paper

Contamination granule is the archenemy to engines of plane, gas engine and ship. But the granules are inevitable during the process of manufacturing, transportation and store. Not only can it affect the performance and service life of engine, but also endanger the safety of engine, ship and plane, and at last cause serious accidents. Aviation fuel filter paper and common filter paper play a crucial role in purifying engine oil, diesel oil, kerosene and air. Only when the oil and air have good purifying degree, can they ensure the normal and safe operation of engine and prolong engine's service life.

Oil-water filtering and separating net for oil-water filtering separator:

1. It is made of high-quality stainless steel net.

2. Its function is to separate water from oil in oil production. Its resistance against oil is very weak and oil can pass through smoothly. While its resistance against water is very strong, even the water with pressure of 10 kg can't pass through. Thus the function of separating water from oil is accomplished.

3. The technique is developed with multi-types of chemical component by introduction of advanced technology both of overseas filter company and our company.

4. Widely used in filtering industry, the net can perform separating function in pipeline system of fuel, aviation kerosene, diesel oil, gasoline, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil. Water can be eliminated from oil automatically and oil can pass through the net easily. Employed with XSLZ-1 filter paper, it will eliminate the dissociative water in oil to the value of <10ppm; the oil-water filtering and separating net is able to bear the high temperature of 260¡æ,acidity of 86% and alkalinity of 90%.

Purpose of the series of filtering core:

The capability dependability and service life of plane, gas engine and ship is mainly decided by two factors. One is the technological quality of component structure design; the other is purification of system oil. Especially the latter one is attached to great importance. The best way to control contamination in oil is to choose a good filtering core which has high installation precision, large capacity of containing contamination and low initial differential pressure. Our multi-type filtering cores have been used on plane, gas engine and ship for many years. All the filtering cores have excellent capability and durable service life which is 2-5 times that of other products of same type and size. The filtering core produced by our company possesses a leading position in China.

Principle of structure:

The filters can be equipped with one-off paper-made or stainless steel filtering core according to the clients' requirement. Paper-made filtering core is made of such materials as YLZ-5, YLZ-15 and YLZ-30 filter paper. The corresponding filtering precisions of them are 1-3 m, 2-4 m, 3-5 um, 5m, 10 m, 15 m and 30 m. Stainless steel filtering core is made of 200 or 100 catalogue stainless steel filtering nets, whose filtering precision are 80 m and 150 m.

Characteristic of structure:

1. It is able to provide filtering core of different material and precision, so as to meet all the requirements of clients under different situations.

2. The filtering core is of large contaminant containing capacity and durable service life, and is easy to clean or replace.

3. In order to avoid influence on the fuel's physical and chemical capability, the inner part of the rind is coated with white epoxy colophony magnetic lacquer, and all inner metal parts contacting oil are made of stainless steel or aluminium.
